Electronic Delivery:

All our software products are delivered electronically via email or secure download links. Since these are digital goods, no physical items are shipped, and delivery is considered complete once the license key or activation code has been sent to your registered email address.

Electronic Delivery Returns:

Due to the nature of digital products, once an activation code or license has been issued and delivered, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a proven technical issue or error on our part (such as an invalid or non-functional key).

Restocking Fees:

Digital software products are not subject to restocking fees since no physical returns are involved. However, if a refund is approved due to a technical or duplicate purchase, an administrative processing fee may apply depending on the payment gateway or transaction type.

Shipping:

As our products are digitally delivered, there are no shipping charges, physical handling, or delivery timelines. All orders are processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are only valid for cases involving activation failure, duplicate payment, or incorrect product delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
